The first and most important stage in the development of our work is to talk to the customer. We do this even before we start the design stage. Only by working with the customer at every step can we offer a finished look that is totally satisfactory. It is important that the design works aesthetically since the customer will be living with the finished product.

Most of our drawings are hand drafted in the traditional way; we also draw artistic views if asked so the customer can envisage what the completed work will look like. Final drafts are presented for approval, and amended if necessary, prior to our beginning the workshop part of the job.
